To rent our Studio, an appointment must be made & prepaid online.

For studio-rentals on Saturday &/or Sunday, payment MUST be received by Friday 4pm.

(We must have sufficient time to program the lock for you and lock the gates inside our office.)

Studio space – we have 3 spaces to choose from with varying characteristics including 100+year-old brick, textured stucco and an impartial white cyclorama (curved infinity wall).

  • Four (4) professional studio flash units, including light modifiers (reflectors,  2 soft boxes, 2 umbrellas, honeycomb grids).  Includes radio triggers.

  • Additional support stands.

  • Foam core reflector cards and scrims.

  • Four painted canvas backgrounds (10′ x 20′) on motorized lift system & seamless paper in 8 different colors (9.5’ wide).

  • Members have lower rates than non-members

Unattended session

For experienced photographers.

This is designed for experienced photographers who are familiar with studio photography and simply want access to all the studio spaces and use of all the lighting equipment.

pro photography session

For family portraits, headshot, models, and product photography.

You will have a dedicated professional photographer for your session for the amount of time you booked.

  • For those who have never rented from us before, we require that you visit us a day or two BEFORE your rental to preview the studio and familiarize yourself with our set-up (visit during normal business hours only).

    We will not be able to help or assist you during your rental appointment.

    What you see out in the open (within the studio space), is what is available to use for your rental.

    Anything locked up in cabinets or cases, behind gates or doors is off limits.

    During business hours we continue to conduct business for other services we provide, we don’t mind having music in the background, but please keep it in the volume level acceptable to conduct business (and please, no explicit lyrics).

     

    Studio rental time you booked is final, please plan enough time including prepare and breakdown.

    You will not be able to extend your booking time.

    We expect that all equipment you use will be put away and the space be left in the same condition it was in when rental began.

    $150 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if studio is not in the same condition.

    If you stay past the end of your rental period (even if you have to stay just 5 minutes longer), you will be charged $75 for every 30 minutes. 

    You are able to change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment. You will get a refund in credits back to your Bookeo account, if canceled at least 24 hours in advance, before your appointment.

    If you need to cancel or change your booking within 24 hours before your appointment, there will be no refund or free reschedule.

    We no longer offer 15 minutes before and after for set up and cleaning.

SECURITY

Because we do all work on-site in our Birmingham studio, you never have to wonder about the whereabouts of your precious memories. Your tapes do not leave the premises of our secure video lab from the time you drop them off to the time you pick them up. One person is responsible for the work from start to finish and if you have questions, you’ll be able to get answers via face-to-face interaction.
